Supergirl

Digital painting of Supergirl that I did a few years back. I have made a few corrections to the artwork because I was never happy with the face. I will probably make further improvements to it. I have also included the original draft stages of development. This took around 15 hours and was a quick scribble and block-in with colour added.

I liked the cheerleader style that Supergirl represents as she is supposed to be a teenager, although she looks a lot older in the painting.

The latest version of this drawing is complete (12 Years later). I added more detail, cleaned the mistakes and added textures. After looking at it recently, I was not too fond of the cheerleader skirt, so I reverted to a more classic dress. The cityscape was added and bedded together with the foreground drawing of Supergirl. In total, the rework took around 20 hours.
